FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

All orders of $49 and over (including sale and closeout items) qualify for free express shipping, except for the out-of-delivery-area (ODA). Shipping fees for orders below $49 is varied depends on delivery address and weight, which will be shown on the checkout page.

Before our products are shipped each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. Thus, please allow us 1-3 days to process your parcel. Normally, the item will ship from our studio in China.

Shipping time varies according to different countries and regions. Generally speaking, it would take 6-20 days (excluding processing time).

**When order amounts over $49, free shipping, except for certain areas.

We have no further liability once a package has been declared "delivered" by the local courier, UPS/FedEx/DHL, or similar. Stolen or missing orders "after delivery" are the purchaser's responsibility and will not be refunded/reshipped. We will try to assist, give advice/support, verify delivery, etc. If the shipping issue is the carrier‘s fault, such as a "declared lost" shipment or “returned to sender”, for example, we will help and send a replacement order.

The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s customs department.

Shipping carrier delays, weather delays, or international customs inspection delays are beyond our control.
